Welcome to Kary’s Quinceanera Boutique.

We provide all our services subject to the following conditions:

–  We are distributors of elegant custom-made dresses, our dresses are imported, so we cannot affirm that the dress you request is 100% identical to the photo in the catalog or website that the suppliers provide us and you must take into account the fact that the screen settings of both phones, tablets, computers and photo editions can change the shade of the actual color of the dress you choose, therefore the dress may be received in one or two shades different from the published image. However, we always think of you and operate with the objective of making you happy and pleased, which is why we choose to work with the best recognized exporting brands and if you make your choice in time, we can fix any inconvenience that may arise.

DELIVERIE:

– Because the products offered by Kary’s Quinceañera Boutique are imported, orders must be placed at least 4 – 5 months in advance of the date on which the product is planned to be used. Kary’s Quinceañera Boutique is not responsible for delays in the delivery of products by suppliers or the contracted courier company.

We provide you with an estimated date for the delivery of your dress, however, we cannot guarantee 100% that the dress will be delivered on the stipulated date, since we depend both on the time it takes the supplier to make the dress, and on the transport and customs company for the arrival process of your dress.

 

ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

– By placing your order or order you are accepting the terms and conditions of our company. Therefore, we cannot accept that you claim ignorance about these terms and conditions since they are given to you to read and sign prior to any transaction to be carried out either online or in a physical store.

 

DEPOSIT AND DATA PRIVACY:

– When ordering the dress, an advance or deposit of 50% of the value of the product is required to be able to place the order, and the remaining payment must be completed when the product is finally delivered. Kary’s Quinceanera Boutique is committed to the privacy of your data, not to make improper use of sharing personal information of the user or client, guaranteeing a risk-free transaction.

ALL SELL ARE FINAL:

– Once the customer has signed the company’s Terms and Agreements and has made the initial payment or deposit for the product; They CANNOT be cancelled, no returns will be made by the company agreed upon at the time of the order, all sales are final, returns will not be accepted, or changes in dresses after delivery, keep in mind that each dress is carefully checked to detect any type of defect or damage immediately prior to shipment. All the dresses we offer are of excellent quality and all the dresses are brand new. However, if the dress arrives damaged or defective, we will let you know as soon as we have it in the Boutique. Once the dress arrives you will be called to be picked up.
The buyer must make the payment, being responsible for having read and accepted the present terms and conditions. Kary’s Quinceañera Boutique undertakes not to use and/or share customer privileged information, guaranteeing a risk-free transaction.

 

CHANGES AND ONLINE RETURNS:

– Kary’s Quinceanera Boutique does not make, produce or prepare the items promoted in the store or online, they are provided by international suppliers selected for their international trajectory and support.

No exchanges or returns of online orders will be considered. Kary’s Quinceanera Boutique is not responsible for damages caused to clients by third parties. Kary’s Quinceanera Boutique is not responsible for a product becoming unavailable without prior notice, as vendors may remove or modify products at any time.

 

PRODUCT MANUFACTURING RESPONSIBILITY:

– Kary’s Quinceanera Boutique is not responsible for the material with which the products are manufactured, we are not responsible for any physical effect that may occur, examples: allergies, itching, scratches to the skin, among others that the material that makes the garments may cause of clothing or accessories distributed at Kary’s Quinceanera Boutique, for which you expressly agree that all responsibility for all purchases made from Kary’s Quinceanera Boutique is at your own risk.

 

MERCHANDISE ABANDONED AND/OR NOT COLLECTED

– Kary’s Quinceanera Boutique will use reasonable efforts to try to contact you by phone, text, and/or email that you provided to Kary’s Quinceanera Boutique for product pickup. Within a period of thirty days after the product has arrived at our Boutique if you have not picked up the merchandise for which you paid, the merchandise will be considered abandoned and your rights to the merchandise will terminate. You will have a period to pick up your product in 30 days after the arrival of the product at the Boutique. This policy also applies to orders that are not paid in full within thirty days of the date of arrival. If you do not answer our calls and do not respond to messages to communicate with us; your rights to the merchandise will terminate and all monies paid will be forfeited.

Third parties, including family members, will not be allowed to collect your dress. The product must be picked up by the same person who makes the deposit and signs the terms and conditions from the beginning.

 

These Privacy policies, Terms and Conditions are applicable to all users of Kary’s Quinceanera Boutique as of the date 01/04/2023
